Machine is a heating and drying device that uses electricity to
drive the fan to absorb the heat in the air and drive the
compressor to do work.
Principle:
It uses the reverse Carnot cycle principle, that is, the evaporator
absorbs the heat in the air in the outside world, and then
transfers it to the compressor for compression into
high-temperature and high-pressure air, and then transfers the air
to the condenser to release heat to dry the material.
Main Parts Functions:
1. The compressor is the main component of the heat pump dryer. The
compressor works continuously, absorbs heat from the low
temperature environment, and releases heat to the high temperature
environment, and circulates over and over again, thereby outputting
high-quality heat and low-temperature air medium.
2. Evaporator is the main component that outputs cooling capacity.
Its function is to make the refrigerant liquid flowing in through
the throttle valve absorb heat and evaporate, so as to absorb the
heat of the object to be cooled and achieve the purpose of
refrigeration or heat collection.
3. The condenser is a component that outputs heat. The heat
absorbed from the evaporator and the heat converted by the
compressor are taken away by the cooling medium in the condenser to
achieve the purpose of heating.
4. The throttle valve plays the role of throttling and reducing
pressure, and adjusts the flow of circulating working medium
entering the evaporator.
